How does booking a session work? Do you require a deposit?

Yes, a non-refundable deposit is required of $50 for sessions and 10% for weddings to hold a date. This is due to the fact that I will be turning others away from booking your date.
Booking a session starts with the initial inquiry. I am appreciative if you let me know what your thoughts are to make your session special to you first. If you have no idea, tell me that too so I can help! The next step would be selecting date and time. (Locations can be thought of later or closer to time but if you have something specific, I'd love to know!) Following collecting details like your email and if you'd like to place a deposit, make payments or pay in full, I will send you my agreement and invoice. Feel free to message me at any point between initial booking and your session with any questions you may have! Within normal people awake time of course ;)

Do you use set ups and props?

For Newborns I do not. It's all natural and documentary style. You'll notice in my galleries that there are no backdrops or extravagant props. On occasion, I will find that perfect something simple to add to your outdoor session booked with me! For example, something to sit on, etc. Show me what you'd like to add and we can work together to make your session unique!
Occasionally and/or seasonally I will do a mini-session day. Sometimes those will be with props or setups.

Do you have payment plans?

Yes! If your session is more than a month away I can break up the payments for your session however you need!
If longer is needed to pay for the session, images will not be delivered until last payment is made unless a package of multiple sessions is purchased.

Do You do Mini Sessions?

Occasionally and/or seasonally I will do a mini session day! Props and setups are usually minimal. Follow my Facebook page for those details! facebook.com/anharrelphotography

Do you help with a location for our shoot together?

Absolutely! I always start the conversation about location with asking you if you had anything specific in mind. Once you give me an idea of what artistic direction you'd like to go, I will ask if you know anyone with property we can borrow with permission (which is usually an easier route than asking a stranger). I will not trespass if I like a location that does not belong to the public. I will make an attempt for permission if you have something specific in mind.

When can i expect to receive my photos?

I do my best to have a turnaround time of 15 business days for regular/half sessions or mini sessions, and weddings between 6-8 weeks! Anything over that would be because life happened and will be communicated to the best of my ability!

How many photos will i receive?

My goal is to make sure you receive all of the best images from your session edited according to my artistic style. Half sessions will be no less than 20+ images. Full sessions will be no less than 40+ images. Weddings tend to be at least 500 for a full day!

Do you travel for shoots?

Yes, I do! I have a radius of 40 miles from my home that is included in the session fee. Over that, a mileage fee may apply.

Do you have a client closet or maternity gowns?

Do you have a referral program?

Yes! If someone books using your name, when their session has been successfully completed you will receive 15% off of your next session!! :)
